 Portland Proclamation:
On December 24th 2008, Mayor Tom Potter, with approval vote from city council, decreed the Portland Crème as the official Doughnut of the city. It is a raised bismark with cream filling and a chocolate top with an added feature that distinguishes our doughnut from all others, which are two eyes.
They represent the vision of our great city.
TAKE THAT BOSTON!!
