What are your hours?
Portland, Denver, and Austin locations are open 24/7
Eugene is open 24 hours Thursday – Sunday, 6am – midnight Monday – Wednesday
Universal City Walk is open 7:30am to 9pm Monday through Thursday, and 7:30am to 11pm Friday through Sunday.
All locations are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day and one day in early February for our company party. Call ahead if you aren’t sure if we are open.
Can I pay with a Credit Card?
Only at our Universal locations, and our cart at Cartlandia in Portland. All other shops are CASH ONLY.
Can you ship me some doughnuts?
We do not ship out our doughnuts. Shipping them greatly ruins their integrity and they are best eaten at their freshest. Please visit one of our locations for the full Voodoo Doughnut experience.
Can I purchase a dozen of a particular doughnut?
We can’t guarantee the availability of a particular doughnut to be purchased by the dozen on the spot. However, if you would like to place an order 24 hours in advance, we can offer custom orders.
How much does a Voodoo Doughnut cost?
Doughnuts start at 95 cents and go up in price depending on ingredients and design. All doughnuts are hand made and come in different shapes and sizes.
How long do doughnuts last?
Doughnuts are made around the clock and they never sit longer than 10 hours. Doughnuts are best eaten at their freshest.
How can I make a custom order?
We can customize any order! Weddings, birthday parties, quinceaneras, business meetings, bar mitzvahs, movie sets, theme parties… you name it. Please visit our Special Occasions shop for more information.
What are tribute doughnuts and why do you make them?
When a historical figure, pop icon, famous person/athlete leaves this world, we at Voodoo Dougnut celebrate their passing by creating specialty memorial doughnuts. The tribute doughnut is our way of honoring their contributions. It’s also a unique way for our employees to express their art and creativity. These doughnuts are not for sale, only tributes to celebrate the past and the iconic nature these people have achieved.
I have food allergies. Can I eat your doughnuts?
Our doughnuts may contain eggs, milk and dairy products, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, voodoo magic, and soy. Please let our staff know of any known allergies. All doughnuts are made on the same equipment, eat at your own risk.
Do you make gluten free doughnuts?
We do not make gluten free doughnuts.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship priority mail and try to mail out 3 times a week which means you should be wearing your new apparel in about 1 week. Could take a lot less time, could take a little more, especially during the holidays. Plan ahead!
